Snow on the facade and domes of the Alexander Nevsky Memorial Cathedral Church in Sofia, Bulgaria

Last week it was snowing.

There’s still snow on the peak of Vitosha mountain as I look out of my window.

But the morello cherry trees blossomed outside my door yesterday so I know that finally Spring is here.

It’s Easter in Sofia, this year the dates coincide for East and West.

Here we paint eggs and eat roast lamb.

For this picture I used my Canon G9 compact.
